When Lollie House gets a product that has been accidentally damaged during delivery, it will manage it on a case-by-case basis. We can’t guarantee anything once it’s gone. By delivering delectable and eye-catching confections and gifts as well as friendly, efficient service, we hope to provide you, our client, with a delightful, tailored, and gift-giving experience.

Orders placed over the phone or online are always refunded in the same method they were paid for.
