Delivery

We promise to deliver your order to your door. If this circumstance is not likely to be appropriate, kindly offer explicit advice regarding delivery alternatives. Unfortunately, once your item or gift has been delivered, we can no longer be held responsible for them.
We use Australia Post for all our regular and expedited shipping options.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Orders for Standard Delivery shipping are processed and sent Monday through Friday within ?? business days. The majority of sites typically get orders within 2–5 business days.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Monday through Thursday, orders for Express Delivery must be placed by ??? AEST in order to be processed the same day (pending stock availability). Orders submitted after ??? AEST will be handled the next business day. Friday orders will be processed on Monday of the following week.

Substitutions

To guarantee that your arrangement or unique gift is delivered in a timely way due to the nature of importing and product availability, replacements with a similar item of equal or greater value may be necessary. In the event that a container is no longer available, we will get in touch with you right away to recommend an alternative container or gift basket.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the potential for rapid changes in store stock levels, there is a brief lag between online orders and an update of stock availability.

Returns
