In the unlikely event that a product is out of stock, Lollie House will notify you within 24 hours of completing your purchase. Due to an out-of-stock product, your payment option will be discounted the item’s price as well as the transportation costs associated with the out-of-stock product.
2. DO YOU MAKE ANY OF THESE PRODUCTS?
The items on the Lollie House website are not produced by us, however we do use branded candy to make our own treasure bags.

Products leave the Lollie House outlet within 1-3 business days. All products on our website have an estimated delivery date, which is displayed once the order has been shipped. Sorry, these times are NOT guaranteed, and they naturally do not account for time delays brought on by calamities.
8. WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Delivery of your purchase might take up to 7–10 working days, depending on the location and distance from Terrigal Lollie House Outlet. Unless stock is unavailable, deliveries to capital cities typically take 3-5 working days.
9. WHAT HAPPENS IN HOT WEATHER?
After checking out, you may choose to have your chocolate order shipped in a box, for eg:, FOAM BOX.
